Coolum Beach Realty is now a ‘Smart Agency’, a home based agency, without a shopfront (we were a traditional agency between 2014 & 2023).
The philosophy behind this, is that we are now able to simplify the model, and put the entire focus on the client and what they want.

Two Licensed Sales Agents, Stuart Cook (Director), and Rosie Mellish (Licensed Sales Agent), manage all of the transactions for buying and selling real estate through Coolum Beach Realty.
Greg Cook is joint owner with Stuart (son), and is also home based, managing the financials of operating a Smart Agency.
